Although they are only separated by a narrow ocean passageway, North and South Bimini are incredibly different. These are the most popular places to stay in Bimini, and ferries shuttle between the two so that you can easily visit both.
North Bimini
If you’re looking for a vibrant base for your Bimini adventure, we recommend North Bimini. The popular northern side of the island is home to most of Bimini’s luxury resorts, attractions, and hotels.
South Bimini
South Bimini offers a peaceful alternative to the exuberant atmosphere of North Bimini. Make sure to visit the stunning Bimini Nature Trail if you stay on the island’s south side. Interestingly, South Bimini is also where Juan Ponce de León allegedly found the Fountain of Youth in 1513.
